SB Components was formed in 1988 by Steven Bushell, and is still privately owned with its head office and manufacturing site in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire.

SB Components achieved substantial growth and in the year 2000 moved into new purpose built premises with 18 fully equipped fitting bays. At that time considerable investment was also made in new machinery to help automate and modernise our manufacturing methods.

Our business designs and manufactures aluminium tanks for all types of commercial vehicles. Our products are produced to very high standards which are maintained through the implementation of strict QA procedures and are assessed and accredited by ISO 9001/2.

With an expanding customer base we also opened a facility for fitting our products in Northern Ireland and this has been operating sucessfully since 2001.

Continuous investment in facilities has created production capacity that is capable of meeting the demands of our customers both in the UK and in continental Europe. Our customers include major vehicle manufacturers, dealerships, large fleet operators, and privately owned hauliers. We are recognised as the leading supplier of aluminium tanks and safety components for vehicles in the UK.

During 2007 the business of Truck Logic Ltd has been amalgamated with SB Components (International) Ltd. The integration into our newly expanded facility has been successfully completed, further enhancing our skills, products and services.
