Here at SB Components we have a dedicated Aftersales Team including a 24hr service line to provide technical support and peace of mind for our customers.
We strive to achieve continued relationships with our customers throughout the life cycle of the products and services provided.
All our products and services provided come with a twenty-four month warranty period as standard and we have a national network of approved repairers covering both the UK and Europe.
We also have our own multi-skilled Service Engineers equipped with the latest technology and mobile workshops, who are able to attend on-site at the customers premises to carry out specialised servicing and repairs to all makes of vehicles. This includes all types of welding (aluminium & stainless steel MIG and TIG), Hydraulics, and electrical installation service and repair including camera equipment, Lightbars, side-scan systems as well as cab mounted electricals such as power inverters / microwaves / freezers etc.
Our Engineers undertake regular training to ensure they remain up-to-date with both product & vehicle technical knowledge and also legislative requirements with respect to Type Approval and Body Builder guidelines.
We are also recognised service partners to companies such as Microlise, Spanset, Brigade, Eberspacher & Hatcher Components to name but a few.
In the unfortunate event that you encounter a problem with a part or service provided by SB Components please ensure the following procedure is followed. Failure to do so may invalidate any remaining warranty and result in non-payment of any associated invoices:-
- Contact the office on 01945 475234 and ask for the “Aftersales” Department. If your call is outside of office hours then call the 24-hour service line on 07957 167432 or 07464 541012.
If your call is not answered immediately please leave a message on the automated answering system stating your company name & contact number along with details of the problem you are experiencing.
The Aftersales Department will then advise what action is to be taken and, where applicable =` will issue an office order number if an external repair is required.
